We look forward to you being a part of our festival. Reach customers through the various activities during the Dam Jam Music Festival. Vendor requirements, regulations, rules, and more information is below.

Kansas Sales Tax

Kansas requires most persons making retail sales within the State of Kansas to collect and remit sales tax. This includes most non-profit organizations and those selling only one time per year. Vendors may use their current registration number. If you do not have a number, you may register for your own number or request a temporary Sales Tax packet for the event. Sales tax collected must then be remitted to KDOR immediately after the event. All registered and temporarily registered vendors need to display their current certificate in a visible place during the event. Vendor Requirements

  • All vendor applications must be submitted by June 28th to be considered.

  • Food Vendors fee will be $750

  • Merchandise Vendors fee will be $300

  • Sponsor Products Only – we have a distributor that will contact you.

  • $50 Security Deposit at event  – See Terms below.

Vendor Rules and Regulations

  • No camping provided for vendors. Must be purchased.

  • NO ALCOHOL SALES are permitted
  • No refunds 60 calendar days before the first day of event.
  • Merchandise sites reserved on a first come basis.
  • Merchandise sites are reserved in 10’ x 10’ increments and require a security deposit.

  • Food Vendor sites are reserved in 40’ x 20’ increments and require a security deposit.

  • A security deposit is required to ensure grounds are kept clean. Deposits will only be returned if the following terms are met:

    • This deposit will be returned at the end of the event provided that your area was kept free of trash and debris and swept and returned in the same condition it was rented to you when the event started.
    • Inspection of your premises and return of the Security Deposit will be handled on an individual basis and at the discretion of A Production Company, LLC.
    • A Production Company, LLC reserves the right to keep your Security Deposit if your area is not kept clean of debris, trash, items, or objects left at your site.
    • Deposits will not be returned for cancellations of agreement.
  • Vendors are permitted to sell within the space you purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO ROAMING SALES ALLOWED! Anyone found selling outside of their purchased space will forfeit their space and will no longer be eligible for vending space at future Dam Jam Music Festival events.

  • A photo of your exhibit, items/menu items and prices MUST accompany your application.
  • Anyone selling unauthorized items will be removed from the grounds.
  • All items must be approved prior to acceptance.
  • Dam Jam Music Festival will not allow any items i.e., flags, T-shirts, bandanas, novelty items to be sold or promoted that reference illegal activity, violence, profanity, nudity, or discrimination. This is a NO TOLERANCE policy.

  • Dam Jam Music Festival reserves the right to remove anyone from the festival grounds.

  • Any vendor breaching this policy and will result in permanent termination from displaying at any future Dam Jam Music Festival and will forfeit all monies paid.

  • NO early tear downs allowed.
  • Booths will open and close corresponding with the event hours posted.
  • Vendors are required to stay open until 30 minutes after the final act on the main stage is finished. If early tear down happens, vendor will be charged an additional $300 for breach of contract.
  • 50 amps power per vendor. If you need more, you will need to supply your own. Minimum lighting is provided; however, no light fixtures, bulbs, or power cords will be provided. It is recommended that you bring a minimum or 100’ of USL listed outdoor power cord(s) and convertor for 50 to 30 if needed.
  • No tables of display fixtures will be provided for your booth(s).
  • Any usage of any type of noise-making devices, flashing lights, etc. must have prior approval by A Production Company, LLC.
  • A Production Company, LLC. does not assume any responsibility for any stolen or damaged items.
  • Vendors will be issued five wristbands. This will allow you and your workers access to the general admission area and your work booth ONLY.

  • There will be 5 Vendor wristbands issued per Vendor, per event. Additional vendor wristbands will be available to purchase at cost of admission.

  • ALL food vendors MUST be currently licensed by the Kansas Dept. of Health or that of the state in which you reside. NO temporary licenses will be permitted. Your license should be posted in your concession where it can be easily seen.
  • Any exhibitors expecting UPS or FedEx shipments must be on site to accept packages in their name. A Production Company, LLC will not be responsible for accepting shipments.
  • NO video cameras or professional photography equipment allowed.
  • NO pets allowed.
  • NO unauthorized sweepstakes or trip registrations allowed.
  • There will be two entry points for vendors; vendors are to use these entries only.

  • ALL VENDORS MUST DISPLAY THEIR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AT THE BOOTH SIDE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All vendors must be present and operating when gates open to the public and will remain present until closing times.
  • Absolutely NO alcohol consumption during your hours of operation by you or your staff. • Ice will be available to purchase at the event.
  • In the event of inclement weather, the show will be interrupted, and resume as soon as the weather permits. Booth Space is sold on a “rain or shine” basis and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.
  • DO NOT REMOVE YOUR WRISTBAND UNTIL AFTER THE EVENT. Any person found without a wristband WILL BE removed from the event.
  • Due to heightened security concerns, all vehicles, contents, and persons are subject to search.
  • No fireworks. No weapons of any kind. No illegal substances.
  • These rules and general information have been established to satisfy the diverse needs of our vendors and patrons. A Production Company, LLC reserves the right to change these regulations anytime, including before or during the event.
